What is your return policy?

All Graveyard Golf Club apparel and accessories come with a 30-day return or exchange window, beginning the date your order is received.  A few things to know about your return:

  1. Graveyard will issue requested return labels on refunds, and the cost of the postage will be reduced form the total refund amount.  The total refunded amount will be clearly outlined once the refund has been issued.
  2. Upon receiving your returned item(s), please allow 7 - 10 business days for our team to fully process your return and refund.
  3. The product(s) must be returned in the same condition in which received, which includes proper packaging.  If the item is damaged upon receipt, the customer is subject to a 10% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund.  Headwear must be returned in a constructed box and not a poly mailer.

 

What is your exchange policy?

All Graveyard Golf Club apparel and accessories come with a 30-day return or exchange window, beginning the date your order is received.

The customer is responsible for mailing and insuring the return products back to our warehouse, including the cost of postage.  Graveyard Golf Club will be responsible for the cost associated with sending out the new items to you.

We cannot guarantee the requested size, design, or item will be available.  As a small business, our inventory levels adjust quickly.  If we cannot fulfill your request, our team will reach out via email to request a new item or offer a refund for your original order.

*Exchange requests for a different product will be reviewed and may or may not be accepted.  Additional payment may be required.

What is your warranty policy?

All Graveyard Golf Club apparel and accessories come with a 30-day warranty, beginning the date your order is received.  As much as we would like to be, we understand that we are not perfect.

We take pride in providing quality products and promise that each individual item will be inspected by one of our team members prior to shipping.

 

What is your order processing and shipping policy?

As a small business, our team members serve many different roles.  Please allow up to 2 business days for us to complete processing after placing your order.  This includes picking and packaging your order and delivering it to USPS.  Expedited shipping options pertain only to the time of transit and does not alter the time it will take to process your order.

We promise we will do all that we can to get your order packed and dropped off to UPS as quickly as possible.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

What if my order is lost or not received?

We understand how frustrating it is when an order is not delivered on time or gets lost.  Shipping issues can occur, but Graveyard Golf Club cannot control shipping delays or missed deliveries once your order is handed over to the carrier.

You may be required to create an online account in order to file a claim.  Information such as proof of receipt and tracking number may also be required.

 

What is your return address?

Can I change the shipping address on an existing order?

Yes!  If you input the wrong shipping address on your order, you can update the address if your order has not yet been dropped off with USPS.

One of our team members will reach out to you as soon as possible to confirm we have received your request and updated your information.

Graveyard Golf Club will never change a shipping address without the customer's approval.  We are also not responsible for addresses incorrectly typed or missing information.  For any order that is Returned to Sender due to incorrect or missing information, the customer will be required to purchase a new shipping label to receive the order.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders will take up to 2 business days to process.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.  The email will contain information to track your order.

 

Do you offer custom products?

We do not currently offer custom products.
