REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY — GRAVEYARD GOLF CLUB
At Graveyard Golf Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”), your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a self-serve return process to make returning items as easy as possible. However, please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both you and our business.
HOW RETURNS WORK

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return through our self-serve Returns Portal. Returns requested after this period may be refused.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or incur additional fees.

Headwear must be returned in a box (not a bag or mailer). Returns sent in improper packaging may be refused or subject to restocking fees.

RETURN SHIPPING

All returns are subject to a flat-rate $9 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is not charged separately.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during shipping.

If your return arrives damaged or in a condition that does not comply with our return requirements, we reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee or deny the refund entirely.

Graveyard Golf Club is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned items.

You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

We are not liable for any delays caused by your financial institution or payment provider.
GIFT RETURNS

Gift recipients may return items through our Returns Portal using the original order number and email address.

Refunds for gifts will be processed back to the original payment method or gift card used for purchase.

If the original gift card has expired or is unavailable, customers must contact the gift card issuer directly.
CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment by contacting us at Info@graveyardgolfclub.com.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow the standard return process.

We reserve the right to cancel orders (in whole or in part) for reasons including product unavailability, errors, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled items.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Graveyard Golf Club shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the products or our services beyond the refund obligations stated in this policy.

We do not guarantee shipping times and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returned items are your responsibility until received by us. We recommend keeping proof of postage.
