REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Graveyard Golf Club (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us.”) is committed to our Customer (“You” or “Your”) satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request to refund within 30 business days of receiving it for a refund. Some restrictions may apply.
SECTION 1 - RETURN
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original swing tags (without cut off), and in its original packaging.
In the event that a customer wishes to return a product to Graveyard Golf Club, they may request a return label for the purposes of processing a refund. It should be noted that the cost of postage will be subtracted from the total refund amount as part of this process. It is incumbent on the customer to ensure that the item is returned in the same condition it was received and properly packaged. Any damaged products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, headwear must be returned in a constructed box and not a poly mailer.
Note: Graveyard Golf Club is not liable for any shipping costs of the product(s) returned. The customer is liable for the shipping costs of the returned product.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Graveyard Golf Club will require a period of 7-10 business days to fully process the return and issue the refund. Customers should take this timeline into account when making plans based on their expected refund. Furthermore, it is important that customers understand that the refund amount will be clearly outlined once it has been issued. After inspection of the product, If your return is accepted, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return of the product(s) is approved, your refund will be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day period has expired or for items that are not returned to us as per the condition mentioned in the above clauses. Any disputes regarding the amount refunded will not be entertained by the Company.
Returning Gifted Items
Customers who have received a gifted item from Graveyard Golf Club are entitled to return the product. The customer should begin the return process by clicking on the below provided link, where they will be required to enter the order number and email address associated with the original order.

Returns and Prepaid Gift Cards
If an order was purchased with a prepaid gift card and a return is processed, the funds will be returned to the prepaid gift card used for the original purchase. It should be noted that all refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, regardless of what form was used. If the prepaid gift card has expired or the customer no longer has access to it, they will need to contact the card provider for options.

Customers seeking to return merchandise to Graveyard Golf Club must be aware that a return shipping label is available for purchase at a cost of $9.00, which will be deducted from their refund. It is important to note that customers are not required to purchase a return label from the Company and may instead use their own shipping label.
Upon submitting a request for a return shipping label, the label will be generated and emailed to the customer if requested. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned items are placed back in the original packaging and that the shipping label is properly affixed to the outside of the package. Customers can drop off the package at their nearest United States Postal Service (USPS) location.
Customers should be aware that it can take up to 10-14 days for the returned merchandise to arrive at Graveyard Golf Club’s warehouse. Once the merchandise has been received, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the return to be fully processed.
The customer should be aware that additional processing time may occur depending on their financial institution before the refunded funds appear in their account, please refer to “Section 3” of this policy.
SECTION 2 - EXCHANGES
All items are eligible for exchange within a 30-day window, starting from the date the order is received. Customers are responsible for the cost of postage and insuring the return products during transit back to our warehouse. Once the returned products are received, Graveyard Golf Club will be responsible for the cost associated with sending out the new items to the customer.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of requested size, design, or item due to the fluctuating nature of our inventory levels as a small business. In the event that the requested item cannot be fulfilled, our team will contact the customer via email to offer a refund or request a replacement item.
In the event that the customer wishes to exchange the item for a different size and/or color, they will have that option available. However, exchange requests for a different product will be reviewed and may or may not be accepted. The customer should also be aware that additional payment may be required for any approved exchange requests depending on the product requested.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account, Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we approved your return, you’ve done everything mentioned above and you still have not received your refund yet. Please “Contact Us” at the contact details mentioned in the below-mentioned clause.
SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the Company accepts the order. You cannot cancel the order post acceptance of the order by the Company. The Company may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain Products or force majeure events. In case the Company cancels any order, You will not be charged for such cancellations, and the Company will refund You for any payment already made.
SECTION 5 - CONTACT US
Customers should carefully review the terms of this return policy before initiating any return, exchange or cancellation requests. Any violation of the policy may result in the denial of a return, exchange or cancellation. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service, customers accept these terms as binding and agree to comply with them.
